Partner with AIgarve

Companies fly their teams here to rebuild how they work with AI.

Five days on the Algarve, in a partner's room, on a partner's stack — around a builder community that runs all year. Put your name on the place where that happens.

Where we are today

~100

builders in the local community

30–50

at every monthly meetup

3

institutional partners already on board

The meetup series already runs with the Município de Loulé, the Loulé Film Office and Algarve Evolution. The community exists; the space is what comes next. And there is nothing like it between Lisbon and Málaga.

Who is in the room

Four audiences you can't assemble anywhere else

Remote engineers who live here

Senior builders from US and EU companies, on the Algarve year-round. They evaluate tools for a living — and bring their teams' problems with them.

Local founders and operators

The people building companies between Faro and Lagos. Early adopters who turn a good tool into a local default.

Visiting company teams

Teams flying in for retreat weeks — five days of hands-on work in your room, on your stack, then home to roll it out.

Founders extending a trip

They came for a week, found the room, stayed a month. The pipeline of tomorrow's members — and your next case study.

What a partner gets

A year of programming, with the retreats out front

The lead offer

AI transformation retreats

Companies fly their teams in to rebuild how they work with AI — five days in the partner's room, on the partner's stack. The flagship, and the reason a sponsorship here converts.

4× / year

Quarterly hackathons

Four weekends a year with the whole regional community building on a theme — and on whatever the partner wants stress-tested.

12× / year

Monthly named meetups

The established series — 30 to 50 builders a night — carrying the partner's name on every invite, recap and photo.

Every week

Weekly workshops

Hands-on sessions in the space: shipping with agents, evals, infra. Small rooms, senior people, recurring exposure.

Scope, plainly: distributed teams booking a straightforward offsite week are a separate commercial line — outside the partnership, at full rates.

The stack

Every layer of the stack is a category — and every category has one name on it

Everything built in this room runs on someone's tools. Category partners own their layer: default in workshops, default in Builder Weeks, default in the retreats.

Builder Weeks

The subsidised front door to the retreat programme

Four cohorts a year. Eight startups per cohort. Five days per cohort — around forty builders a year working a full week on the partner's stack, with the partner's people in the room.

The partner covers most of the cost — and that framing matters: this is customer acquisition, not a discount. Every startup that ships its week on your stack leaves as a reference account with muscle memory.

Builder Weeks are funded separately, per cohort. Corporate offsites run alongside at full rates — one never subsidises the other.

Why a room beats an ad

The Loewe & Cursor playbook: brands are opening rooms

Attention is expensive and trust is scarce — which is why a fashion house runs an ice-cream bar and a coding company runs a café. A room does what an ad can't:

People opt in

You can scroll past an ad. A room full of the right crowd is chosen, not skipped — 20 minutes inside your aesthetic beats an impression.

It photographs itself

A good space is a free UGC machine — people post it without being asked.

An excuse to return

Coffee, build nights, meetups — the ritual turns one campaign into a recurring touchpoint.

Culture, not just product

Fashion brands buy warmth; tech brands buy culture. A named room signals community — and this one runs all year, with a crowd you can't assemble anywhere else.

Partnership tiers

Three ways to put your name on it

Founding partner

€30k / year

Category exclusivity

  • Your name on the room and the programme
  • Exclusive in your category — one founding partner per category, full stop
  • Retreat weeks run on your stack by default
  • First call on Builder Week cohorts

Category partner

€8k / year

A seat at every table

  • Named presence across meetups and hackathons
  • Workshop slots with the community
  • Access to retreat-week programming

Credits partner

In-kind

Your product, in every build

  • Credits and licences for members and cohorts
  • Usage where it matters: real teams, real projects
  • A lightweight way in before a cash tier

Figures are the current working numbers while the space is finalised — the tier structure is what we're committing to.

For Quarteira and Loulé

What the town gets out of it

Off-season visitors

Retreat weeks and cohorts land year-round — filling restaurants, stays and courts in the months the town runs quiet.

Skills that stay

Weekly workshops are open to the town. What gets taught here doesn't fly home on Friday.

A reason to stay

Young people from Quarteira and Loulé get a working tech room ten minutes away — not a reason to leave for Lisbon.

Something to point at

A visible, named place the câmara can bring visitors to — proof the region's tech story has an address.
